Dr. Keisha Hawkins

Dr. Keisha Hawkins joined the Kenmore Team in February 2008, and became Kenmore’s Managing Veterinarian in 2013.

Graduated from the University of Illinois in 2004 with a Bachelors Degree in Animal Science. She then lived on the beautiful Caribbean island of St. Kitts in the West Indies while she attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. In 2007, she began her clinical year of training at the University of Missouri. After completing her training and receiving her diploma as Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, Dr Hawkins and her cat Aeronautica, packed the Jeep and moved to Buffalo, New York!

Dr. Justina Hoerner

Dr. Hoerner is a Western New York native who grew up in Cheektowaga. She received her bachelor’s degree from the College of Agriculture and Life Science at Cornell University with a double major in Animal Science and Biology. After that she continued on to do a 1 year post-bachelorette program in Veterinary Medical Science at Drexel Medical. In 2012 she returned to Cornell University to complete her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Following graduation in 2016, she returned to Buffalo to join the Kenmore Animal Hospital team.

When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their 14 pets. In addition to a Norwegian Elkhound, a rescue mutt, and 4 cats, she also was 5 ferrets, a chinchilla and 2 ball pythons. In her free time she enjoys canine sports, hiking, gardening, and dabbling in various crafts, including painting, sewing, and leatherworking.

Kim Klementowski

Kim is a Western New York native who grew up in Niagara Falls. Kim has her BS degree in Management from Niagara University and over 15 years Office Management experience.

When she isn’t working, Kim uses her passion for rescue to help pull dogs in need from local and out of state shelters. In addition to her husband and two sons, Kim shares her home with her 16 year old rescue cat – Jesse, along with her 4 dogs – Jack, Bo, Nitro & Winnie. In her free time she likes to spend time hiking in the mountains with her family and dogs.

Zach Almond

Zach joined our team earlier this year and is enjoying his role as a Vet Tech. Zach is always ready to lend a hand and help out where needed. When he is not at work - Zach likes to spend time with his bearded dragon – Drake, as well as draw and take photos. Zach has fit in perfectly with the KAH crew and we all look forward to many years of working together.

Tori Offermann

Tori joined our team as an intern late last winter. After a three month internship she was asked to join the team permanently. Tori has a passion for shelter medicine as well as exotics. Hoping that one day we will expand to exotics with our newest doctor. Tori loves to spend time with her rescue dogs – Sampson and Luke as well as her cat – Caeda and newest addition – her rescue kitten – Mew.

Lacey Gough

Lacey is our Head Client Service Specialist and Vet Assistant, and has been a part of the Kenmore Animal Hospital team for almost a decade. Her years of experience and attention to detail make most clients feel right at home in our office. Lacey is a self proclaimed Crazy Cat Lady, and has 3 cats (Egypt, Xander, and The Dude). She doesn’t have any dogs right now, but she spends as much time with her mother’s collies (Willow and Luna) as she can.
